Whistle Blower Procedures 

Communications with the Board and/or Directors.

Stockholders who wish to communicate with the Company's Board of Directors or with a particular Director should send a letter to the Company's Corporate Secretary, Trailer Bridge, Inc., 10405 New Berlin Road East, Jacksonville, FL 32224.  The mailing envelope should contain a clear notation indicating that the enclosed letter is a "Stockholder-Board Communication" or "Stockholder-Director Communication."  The letter should identify the author as a stockholder and  clearly state whether the intended recipients are all members of the Board or one or more specified individual directors.  The Corporate Secretary will make copies of each such letter and circulate it to the appropriate director or directors.
