Pam VarnardoPam Varnado is a veteran of Trailer Bridge and has been providing exceptional customer service for over 20 years. She has worked the gamut of customer’s large and small, offering them all the same level of professionalism. She prides herself on the ability to build strong customer relationships and combines her knowledge and experience in the trade to deliver the best service to and from Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Pam has a B.A. in Business Administration and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 9 year old son, and is also enamored with Interior Design.

Alicia GamezAlicia Gamez has been with Trailer Bridge Customer Service team for over 15 years.  She began her Transportation career after graduating from Florida State College of Jacksonville with an associate Degree in Communications in 1997. Alicia prides herself in providing our customers with an excellent level of service. She believes the key to great customer service is “getting to know our customers”. Alicia feels it is very important to identify and anticipate customer needs in order to provide quick cost effective solutions and open communication. Ms. Gamez is happiest when knowing she contributed to her customer’s success.  When she is not working Alicia spends her time writing, scrapbooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren. 

SaBrina RichardSaBrina Richard is a Customer Service and Business Development professional with 20 + years in the Transportation Industry.  She is an extraordinarily passionate about her work.  Sabrina prides herself on delivering results and tackling tough assignments.  Sabrina’s energy, passion and foresight are demonstrated by her commitment and dedication to her customer needs. She excels in strategic thinking, and is highly dependable, a true team player.  She’s professional in all her interactions and respects to the people she works with, she is not afraid of change – she sees it as an opportunity to learn and contribute to the greater good of the company.   “Customers are my passion”, says Mrs. Richards, “making them believe in me and Trailer Bridge is my business”.   Employed with Trailer Bridge since 2006, Mother of 5 great kids and Married to the love of her life.

Sonia PinoSonia Pino is a Native New Yorker. Her first job after high school was with a large Ocean Carrier. She worked in many different areas including as receptionist, in documentation then as a booking agent.  After moving to Florida she continued working in the industry and doing what she does best - Customer Service.  Sonia’s has over 15 years of experience in the industry and her passion is to keep customers happy and satisfied.    When not at work Sonia loves running, volley ball, fishing, music and attending great BBQ’s.  She is also a big fan of gardening and being on the Beach.

Anne O’Donnell is a graduate of Jacksonville University and has 31 years experience in the Transportation Industry.  A 22 veteran with Trailer Bridge Anne has held management positions in Sales and Customer Service.  Her talents lie in meeting and/or exceeding customer needs, and developing a win-win relationship with her customers.  She offers to the Customer Service group her years of experience in both domestic and the international transportation, and guiding reps to provide excellent customer service.  She enjoys reading, needlework and watching movies.

Amanda Lucas started with Trailer Bridge in October 2013.  She brings with her over 17 years experience in transportation and logistics; with prior roles in Customer Service, Risk Management, Inside Sales, Pricing and Truck Ops for both NVOCC and marine transportation providers.  Amanda graduated from AIU with a degree in Business Management.  She loves to travel, take lots of photographs and paint in her spare time.
