Trailer Bridge Reports 2009 Fourth Quarter and Year End Unaudited Financial Results
February 8, 2010 -- Trailer Bridge, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Market: TRBR) today reported unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2009 (see attached tables). The Company reported operating income of $3.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2009, a 148.4% increase vs. operating income of $1.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2008. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2009 improved by $2.1 million to $1.0 million, or $0.08 per basic and diluted share, from a net loss of $1.1 million, or $0.09 per basic and diluted share, in the prior-year period. The $1.0 million in net income included $690,000 in severance payments as part of a reduction in force and $676,000 in legal and related expenses in connection with the ongoing Department of Justice investigation. EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2009 was $5.2 million, a 72.1% improvement from $3.0 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA, as detailed in the accompanying table, was $6.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Trailer Bridge Announces Expansion of Dominican Republic Service

Trailer Bridge to Co-Sponsor Puerto Rico’s International Coastal Cleanup

September 4, 2008 -- Trailer Bridge, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRBR) today announced that it will be a co-sponsor of Puerto Rico’s International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) on September 20, 2008. The ICC was started 22 years ago by Ocean Conservancy, a major Washington D.C. based environmental group, and the worldwide beach cleanup on the third Saturday in September is the largest volunteer event of its kind. Last year, more than 378,000 volunteers donated their time to remove more than six million pounds of debris from over 33,000 miles of coastline in 76 countries. Trailer Bridge to Be Awarded U.S. Patent on Vessel Loading and Unloading Process

Nov. 13, 2007--Trailer Bridge, Inc. Tax Credit Of $5.0 Million Increases Fourth Quarter Net Income To $8.9 Million
3/30/07 Trailer Bridge, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRBR - News) today reported final fourth quarter as well as audited results for the year ended December 31, 2006 (see attached table). The sole difference between these results and the preliminary results previously reported on March 5, 2007 is the effect of an income tax credit in the amount of $4,975,360 that was recorded in the fourth quarter as a reduction of the Company's deferred tax asset valuation allowance. At December 31, 2006, after this adjustment, a valuation allowance of $6.7 million remains to further decrease income tax expense going forward.
