• Not applicable on hazardous, dangerous, over‐dimensional or over‐weight shipments
• Subject to standard accessorial charges filed in the governing tariff at rate in effect at time of cargo receipt
• Rates subject to change if new charges or surcharges or changes to existing charges or surcharges are filed in the governing tariff after the effective date shown above
