New Visitor Policy in Effect March 30, 2020

As a transportation provider that thousands of companies rely onfor shipping throughout North America, Trailer Bridge remains committed to maintaining the integrity and safetyof our people, facilities and operations. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Trailer Bridge is implementingnew measures at ourport facilities.

Effective March 30th, prior to accessing Trailer Bridge port terminals both in Jacksonville and San Juan, ALL visitorswill be required to complete a health screening administered by a medical professional. Visitors include any Trailer Bridge personnel, stevedore personnel, drivers, individuals picking up equipment, or contractors.

The screening includes the completion of a questionnaire and digital body temperature scan. Those visitorswho do not pass the medical screening WILL NOT be permitted to enter the facilities and alternative delivery and/or drop off arrangements must be scheduled.

A “no visitor” policyremains in effect for all other Trailer Bridge facilities. Thank you for your cooperation and partnership through these turbulenttimes.
