Except as specifically indicated in individual rate items, all shipments between the United States and locations listed in the tariff scope, Rule 1.000, will be subject to a Marine Fuel Surcharge as follows:

| Passenger Vehicles for General Highway Use (N/E 19′ in Length and 108″ in Width) | $190 |
| NIT – Exceeding 13′ in Length and 108″ in Width | $412 |
