New Visitor Policy in Effect March 30, 2020

Posted in Trade Notifications

As a transportation provider that thousands of companies rely on for shipping throughout North America, Trailer Bridge remains committed to maintaining the integrity and safety of our people, facilities and operations. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Trailer Bridge is implementing new measures at our port facilities.

Effective March 30th, prior to accessing Trailer Bridge port terminals both in Jacksonville and San Juan, ALL visitors will be required to complete a health screening administered by a medical professional. Visitors include any Trailer Bridge personnel, stevedore personnel, drivers, individuals picking up equipment, or contractors.

The screening includes the completion of a questionnaire and digital body temperature scan. Those visitors who do not pass the medical screening WILL NOT be permitted to enter the facilities and alternative delivery and/or drop off arrangements must be scheduled.

A "no visitor" policy remains in effect for all other Trailer Bridge facilities.  Thank you for your cooperation and partnership through these turbulent times.  We remain committed to the health and safety of our personnel, carriers, partners and customers.  For questions, please contact your Account Manager or Trailer Bridge Director of Safety and Risk Management.
