JACKSONVILLE, Fla – October 15, 2018 – Trailer Bridge, Inc. announced that Amanda Lucas has been named Assistant Vice President of Customer Experience. In this role, she will have responsibility of managing the overall Caribbean customer experience from booking, movement, and billing.
Lucas, who originally joined the company in 2013, is responsible for the oversight and optimization of key customer-facing processes such as Customer Service and supporting services such as Documentation and Invoicing. She ensures that customers of our Caribbean shipping services are taken care of with all of their shipping needs. “Amanda is a trusted and respected leader who consistently delivers exceptional customer service,” said Mitch Luciano, Chief Executive Officer. “I look forward to her continuing to lead and build a team that has consistently delivered the level of service we are known for.”
