UPDATE TO: TRBR 200-A Item 371 - Domestic & TRBR 008 Rule 10.026 - International Marine Fuel Surcharge - Effective May 1, 2022

Effective May 1, 2022, Trailer Bridge Inc will transition from a Quarterly Marine Fuel Surcharge to a Vessel Fuel Surcharge for contracts. Existing Contracts will be converted throughout the course of the year through amendments or renewals.

Vessel Fuel Surcharge will be reviewed on a monthly basis and adjusted as determined by Trailer Bridge. Fuel surcharge will be updated effective the first business day of the next month. Fuel will be based on the average daily spot price of Colonial Oil’s price indication of the prior month ending 30 days before next effective date.

The previous rate of $742 will be adjusted to $1064 and will apply on all qualifying shipments received by Trailer Bridge on or after May 1, 2022.
