What do you enjoy most about leading the Raleigh team here at Trailer Bridge?
My favorite part of being a team leader at Trailer Bridge is helping others accomplish more than they may have ever seen in themselves. I enjoy having the opportunity to be a mentor and help develop my team members into future leaders.
Describe Your Leadership Style.
I believe in leading through trust and empathy and doing what I can to add to people’s lives. It is important to me that I create a culture where people are valued, operate with integrity, and get better each day at driving the success of the team both inside and outside the office.
What are 3 qualities you look for in a candidate in your team?
- Eagerness to Learn – candidates that are actively seeking to better themselves with a new set of job skills or enter a new career path
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills – the ability to communicate effectively with others and coexist with the variety of personalities that fit within the culture at Trailer Bridge
- Leadership – self-starters who are not afraid to take responsibility

What is one fun fact that you would want a potential new hire to know about you?
Our office coffee rivals that of any Starbucks!
For myself, I drive a Jeep because I love the rugged look and feel and taking it off-roading. That didn’t work so well when I had an Eagle Talon!
