Internal Promotions Expand Trailer Bridge Leadership
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Trailer Bridge, Inc. today announced the promotion of two longtime team members to vice president roles, recognizing their contributions to the company and expanding their leadership as Trailer Bridge continues to strengthen its ocean and international service offerings.
Zach Monger has been named Vice President, International, leading Trailer Bridge’s international shipping capabilities through its NVOCC and freight forwarding licenses. Adela Hysaj has been named Vice President, Customer Experience, leading the team responsible for supporting customer accounts across Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
“Some of the best moments we have at Trailer Bridge are when we get to recognize people who have grown alongside our company and helped shape who we are today,” said Trailer Bridge CEO Mitch Luciano. “Zach and Adela have both played important roles in the Trailer Bridge story. They care deeply about our customers, invest in the people around them and continue to challenge us to get better. I’m excited to see how their leadership helps shape our future.”
Expanding Trailer Bridge’s Global Reach
Zach has played a central role in the development and growth of Trailer Bridge International, helping expand the company’s ability to support customers beyond its asset-based ocean network.
He previously served as Director of NVOCC & Compliance, overseeing a team in Jacksonville and Puerto Rico and helping grow Trailer Bridge’s international freight capabilities. Trailer Bridge International supports imports, exports and foreign to foreign shipments through the company’s NVOCC and freight forwarding authorities, connecting customers with transportation solutions across global markets.
Zach began his career in international logistics in 2015 after graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on business management and transportation logistics. His experience spans international pricing and operations, imports and exports, customs documentation, compliance and carrier and agent relationships.
In his expanded role, Zach will continue to lead the strategic growth of Trailer Bridge’s international capabilities, including solutions that complement the company’s longstanding service to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
Strengthening the Customer Experience
Adela has been part of the Trailer Bridge team since 2015, working her way through the organization holding various roles of increasing responsibility in customer experience and account management. She was promoted to Director, Customer Experience in 2025 and has continued to expand her leadership and influence across the organization.
In her new role as Vice President, Customer Experience, Adela will continue to lead the team responsible for managing customer accounts across Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. In this role, she works closely with teams across the company to ensure customers receive a seamless experience through the movement of their freight.
Her expanded leadership role will ensure the voice of the customer remains closely connected to Trailer Bridge’s commercial and operational strategies as the company continues investing in its service throughout the Caribbean.
The promotions reflect Trailer Bridge’s commitment to developing leaders from within and creating opportunities for team members to grow alongside the business.
