Trailer Bridge is proud to announce that three of its leaders have been named to the 2026 Supply & Demand Chain Executive Pros to Know list, an annual recognition honoring industry professionals whose work is shaping the future of the global supply chain.
This year’s honorees reflect the strength and depth of leadership across the organization:
- Top Transportation Innovator: Chris Goss, Vice President, Government & Projects
- Rising Star (39 or younger): Adela Hysaj, Director, Customer Experience
- Leaders in Excellence: Tony Kvasnicka, President, Ocean Division
The Pros to Know award recognizes individuals driving innovation, delivering measurable results, and advancing the industry through leadership and execution.
“When it comes to overcoming supply chain disruption, this year's pack of supply chain leaders left no stone unturned," says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum. “From AI implementation and warehouse automation to last-mile accuracy and returns management, they innovated, developed and executed on all cylinders, providing solutions, technologies and processes that move product from Point A to Point B in a way that almost seem seamless. And every year, I am honored to celebrate these supply chain professionals.”
Delivering Operational Excellence Across Ocean Logistics
Tony Kvasnicka, named to the Leaders in Excellence category, leads Trailer Bridge’s Ocean Division with a focus on operational discipline and long-term growth.
A U.S. Coast Guard veteran with more than a decade of maritime experience, Kvasnicka oversees the strategic and operational performance of Trailer Bridge’s asset-based ocean network serving the Caribbean.
Over the past year, his leadership has driven measurable results, including improved asset utilization across both roll-on/roll-off and lift-on/lift-off barge fleets, contributing to a 2.7% increase in division revenue. He has also supported the movement of oversized cargo essential to rebuilding Puerto Rico’s infrastructure, reinforcing Trailer Bridge’s commitment to the island’s long-term economic resilience.
Kvasnicka’s leadership was further demonstrated during the Brooklyn Bridge barge incident, where he led on-the-ground response efforts and coordinated a complex, multi-agency recovery. His decisive, hands-on approach reflects the operational excellence required to sustain critical supply chains.
A Shared Commitment to Progress
Together, these leaders represent Trailer Bridge’s commitment to advancing the supply chain through innovation, operational excellence, and a people-first approach.
From global government logistics and humanitarian missions to customer experience and asset-based ocean transportation, their work reflects the essential role supply chain professionals play in keeping goods, services, and communities connected.
