Day After Thanksgiving: Friday, November 28, 2025

• There will be limited Account Management and Support Services staff in office.
• Jacksonville, FL Port Terminal: Operations will be OPEN.
• San Juan, PR Metro office and Port Terminal: Operations will be OPEN.

Christmas Day: Thursday, December 25, 2025

• U.S. and Puerto Rico offices and port terminals will be CLOSED.

New Year’s Day: Thursday, January 1, 2026

• U.S. and Puerto Rico offices and port terminals will be CLOSED.
