Trailer Bridge Marketing Team Recognized for Innovative Marketing Campaign

The Transportation Marketing & Sales Association (TMSA) announced the winners of its 2024 Trailblazer Award this week naming Trailer Bridge among its list of winners. The Trailblazer award is presented to companies whose creativity and innovation in sales and marketing create results and momentum for progress in the logistics space.
 
The award recognizes Trailer Bridge’s in-house marketing team for their ‘Shift Your Thinking’ campaign which launched in 2023 as part of a comprehensive advertising plan to increase brand awareness and support the company’s growth goals. The campaign was built on the idea of doing business differently and embraced a different approach to traditional advertising in the freight industry.
 
“The campaign was designed to really engage the viewer with misspelled words, easter eggs, and an edgy push on language,” said Whitney Ennis, Vice President of Marketing at Trailer Bridge. “So often we see the same design in transportation marketing – a ship, a truck, a train – this campaign challenged that status quo. Our aim was to push limits and really reflect the culture of Trailer Bridge speaking to how our internal teams partner with customers to think differently about their supply chain strategy.”
 
TMSA is a national non-profit organization that empowers sales and marketing professionals in the freight transportation industry through networking, professional development, and resources to strengthen the logistics industry. The organization revitalized its awards program in 2022 to recognize exceptional marketing and sales individuals and campaigns that contribute to moving the industry forward.
 
In 2023, the Trailer Bridge team received three awards in the association’s annual program: the TrailBlazer Award for its ‘Adventure Awaits’ campaign focused on talent acquisition; the Purpose Award for the company’s Rally for Puerto Rico event as well as other community-focused efforts; and lastly, the company’s Creative Services Manager Michael Leary was named a Rising Star in Marketing.
