Trailer Bridge has been awarded the 2025 Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health at the Platinum level, recognizing the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting employees’ whole well-being. This marks the company’s first time receiving this prestigious recognition for its mental health initiatives.
The award is distributed by Mental Health America, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness, offering support, and educating others on mental health. In 2019, the organization introduced the Bell Seal award to honor workplaces that prioritize a healthy culture, strong benefits, work-life balance, and holistic wellness support.
