Trailer Bridge Recognized as One of Florida’s Healthiest Employers®
Trailer Bridge has been named one of the 2025 Healthiest Employers® in Florida, a national award honoring companies dedicated to employee wellness through progressive health programs and well-being initiatives. The company ranked ninth in the 200-499 market size category.
For more than five years, Trailer Bridge has focused on providing a comprehensive wellness program designed to support all aspects of health: physical, mental, financial, social, and community well-being.
Through TBWell, employees gain access to a wide range of resources to support their total well-being. Physical health benefits include telehealth services through HealthJoy, ClassPass, fitness challenges, immunizations, and biometric screenings. To support mental wellness, Trailer Bridge provides no-cost therapy visits, confidential counseling, and mindfulness resources. Financial well-being is strengthened through programs such as a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, HSA contributions, and ongoing financial education courses.
In addition, the group fosters a sense of community through celebrations, company-wide events, and volunteer opportunities with TBGives. The activities are all part of TB’s commitment to building a culture of care and connection.
“Wellness isn’t just a benefit at Trailer Bridge, it’s part of who we are and it’s woven into our culture,” said Kacy Swanson, Vice President of Employee Services at Trailer Bridge. “We want our people to feel cared for both inside and outside of work. Being named one of Florida’s healthiest employers is both an honor and a responsibility. It drives us to keep raising the bar, so our employees feel valued, supported, and can thrive.”
All honorees completed the annual Healthiest Employers assessment, which uses a proprietary 1-100 scoring rubric. The survey evaluates six key areas of organizational health and wellness, including strategy, culture, and outcomes. Each response contributes to a Healthiest Employers Index (HEI) that ranks companies within their size category.
The assessment is powered by Springbuk, a health intelligence platform that empowers employers to make smarter, data-driven decisions to improve employee well-being and manage healthcare costs.
This recognition builds on other recent wellness honors — including the 2025 Bell Seal for a Mentally Healthy Workplace and the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council’s Gold Level Healthiest Company Award — highlighting the meaningful impact of our people-first initiatives.
